Featured and sponsor placements are reviewed manually. If a paid request is rejected before publication, we may issue a refund or cancel the payment request.

Featured listings

Featured placement fees are generally non-refundable once the listing has been approved and the placement has started.

Duplicate or accidental payment

If you believe you paid by mistake or were charged twice, contact us with payment details and we will review the request.
